You've heard the phrase "born again." What does it mean? Why does it matter?
All people are dead in their trespasses and sins and need to made spritually alive. Everyone who has been brought out of darkness and into the light of the kingdom of God has been born again, i.e. supernaturally raised to spiritual life by the power and the ministry of the Holy Spirit.
