A Tragic Lament

Jeremiah 7:1-15; Jeremiah 8:4-9:3
The longer you keep going down the wrong path, the harder it will be to get back to the right path. Why is it that people so stubbornly refuse to repent? Why do even Christians continue in willful disobedience?
